Mr. White founded Dunes Point Capital in 2013.
Prior to founding Dunes Point Capital, Mr. White was a Senior Managing Director of Blackstone and GSO Capital Partners (GSO), where he served as Head of GSO Private Equity Investing, Co‐Head of Mezzanine Investing, and Co-Portfolio Manager of the Capital Opportunities Fund I. Prior to Blackstone/GSO, Mr. White was a Managing Director in the Private Equity Group of Audax Group and a Principal in DLJ Merchant Banking Partners. Mr. White also served as an Associate Counsel in the Office of the Independent Counsel in the United States Department of Justice and worked as an associate for the law firm of Davis Polk & Wardwell. Mr. White has invested or overseen the investment of over $5.0 billion in private investments.
Mr. White received a B.A. from Brown University (Magna Cum Laude), an M.Phil. from Cambridge University, and a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law (Stone Scholar and Thomas E. Dewey Prize Winner). Mr. White has served on over 35 corporate and charitable boards.
