  • DPC Portfolio Involvement: DPC encourages each portfolio company to support at least one organization in their community

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

  • Hiring: Inclusion practices as part of hiring processes and data review of inclusion hiring practices at both DPC and our portfolio companies

Investment Diligence

  • Third Party Diligence: We use a third party to conduct ESG diligence on new platforms in addition to third party environmental and legal diligence


  • Investor Transparency: In addition to our quarterly letters and yearly conference, we provide a mid-year outlook to all investors, invite investor participation at our CEO summit, and use a third-party administrator to produce our returns
  • Portfolio Leadership Communication: We have periodic conference calls with (i) our CEO/Chairpersons to provide DPC updates and discuss pertinent topics and (ii) our CHROs and CFOs to discuss current focus areas and challenges for each function across our portfolio
  • Portfolio Company Objectivity: We seek to engage outside board members (which in some instances may be a senior advisor) for our portfolio companies

There is no guarantee DPC will be able to successfully implement its ESG Policy or any strategy related to ESG or make investments in companies that create a positive ESG impact while achieving its investment strategy.
