Mr. Jara has over 20 years of experience as a senior finance and operating executive in the industrial, specialty chemicals and alternative energy sectors.
With Dunes Point Capital , Mr. Jara previously was CFO and COO of Industrial Group Holdings LLC.
Mr. Jara’s previous experience includes serving as President of the Cryogenics and Cylinder business of Taylor Wharton, VP/GM Americas of Linde, and Business Unit Head Latin America, and Global VP of Finance and Strategy at BOC.
Mr. Jara received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a B.A. in International Relations from Lehigh University as well as an M.B.A. in finance and strategy from The University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
